No PCB leaves our facility without passing Flying Probe electrical testing to ensure zero defect escapes.
Flying Probe Test Machine (FPT)
Tests electrical connectivity of every net on the PCB. Detects open circuits and short circuits automatically without the need for dedicated test fixtures.
5-Stage Quality Process
From raw material to dispatch — quality control at every step.
All raw materials (FR-4 laminate, copper foil, chemicals) are inspected and tested before entering production.
Quality checks at every critical process step — drilling, imaging, etching, plating, and solder mask.
100% electrical testing on every finished bare board using Flying Probe Test (FPT) machine.
Visual and dimensional inspection of finished boards before packing.
Final sampling check before dispatch to ensure packaging is adequate and documentation is complete.
